METRO LINE 1 SET TO LAUNCH ON DECEMBER 22 – COMPLETING THE TOD VISION AT THE 9 STELLARS

On November 21, the HCMC Management Authority for urban railway announced updates on Metro Line 1 during the HCMC Economic and Social Conference. After years of construction, the line will officially commence operations on December 22, 2024.  

With construction now 100% complete, the project is in its final phase of regulatory procedures before transitioning into commercial operation.  

The 9 Stellars is among the few developments directly connected to Metro Line 1. Strategically positioned at the gateway of Thu Duc City, it embodies all the hallmarks of Vietnam’s first model smart TOD. The completion of Metro Line 1 will solidify The 9 Stellars’ TOD vision, driving significant and sustainable growth in value across its diverse offerings.
